San's Lab ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website at sanslab.tech and our applications, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Contact details you provide. When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, subject, and message you enter, so we can respond to you.
• Usage data. If analytics are enabled, we use a privacy-friendly tool that measures aggregate page visits without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.
• App data. Our ECE Toolkit Android app runs its tools offline and does not require an account. Any purchases are processed by Google Play under Google's own terms and privacy policy; we do not receive your payment details.

How we use your information

We use the information solely to respond to enquiries, improve our products and website, and operate our business. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate: our website and contact form are hosted on Netlify, our email is provided through Hostinger, and app distribution and payments are handled by Google Play. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Data retention

We keep contact submissions only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our ongoing relationship, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have shared with us. To make a request, email create@sanslab.tech.

Children

Our website and products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
